Join the Notre Dame Community in India to celebrate Notre Dame Week!
Each year, members of the Notre Dame community in India, along with friends, students, faculty, staff, researchers, and partners from around the world, come together to celebrate all things Notre Dame. This special week also serves as a joyous send-off for our incoming Notre Dame freshmen.
An exciting series of events is planned, we would love for you to be a part of it!
The weekend begins with Pre-Departure Orientation sessions on Friday morning, giving incoming students a chance to connect and prepare for their Notre Dame journey.
That evening, we come together for the Notre Dame Lecture—an opportunity to reflect, learn, and be inspired.
On Saturday, the energy rises with a lively Bollywood dance session, followed by the Celebrate Notre Dame Dinner at the CCI Club Banquet Hall—a signature event where alumni, students, families, and friends gather to celebrate our newest members of the Notre Dame family, which is a delightful evening of community and celebration.
The weekend concludes with Sunday Mass at Holy Name Cathedral in Colaba, followed by a relaxed farewell lunch at Woodside Inn— offering a perfect moment of connection, gratitude, and reflection in the heart of Mumbai.
Everyone is warmly welcome to attend—whether you're based in Mumbai or visiting from elsewhere. Please mark your calendars, plan your travel accordingly, and join us for this vibrant celebration of our shared ND spirit.

2025 Schedule of Events
July 4th, 2025
- 8:00am-11:00am: Pre-Departure Orientation Sessions led by Dhiraj Mehra, exclusively for new students. (Attend one session)
- 5:00pm - 7:00pm: Notre Dame Lecture
July 5th, 2025
- 9:00am - 10:00am: Pre-Departure Orientation for new students. (Attend one session)
- 10:30am-12:30pm: Bollywood Dance Session
- 6:30m Onwards: Celebrate Notre Dame Dinner at CCI CK Nayudu Banquet Hall
July 6th, 2025
- 10:00am: Mass at Holy Name Cathedral
- 11:30am: Farewell Lunch at Woodside Inn
Costs
Celebrate Notre Dame Dinner: Rs. 2500 per person (current & incoming Notre Dame Students bear no cost to attend the dinner)
Attending other events incurs no additional costs
