Hayden Mascarenhas

Hayden Mascarenhas serves as the programs and communications consultant for Notre Dame Mumbai, where he innovates marketing strategies to drive brand growth and expand the University of Notre Dame's footprint across India. He manages the social media landscape for the Mumbai location, develops compelling content for the website, and implements campaigns to optimize audience engagement. Hayden leads recruitment campaigns for NDG’s global engagement programs in India, including summer and semester study abroad programs, with the purpose of driving participation and growing these initiatives. His role also involves crafting persuasive newsletters and updates to cultivate relationships with research partners, schools, alumni, and key influencers.

Hayden's prior professional experience includes his role as a growth team associate at Fox & Robin, a certified B-Corp fitness apparel startup, where he managed sponsorships and co-branding partnerships. Most recently, he served as an investment banking analyst intern at Vermilion Rock Advisors, contributing to live M&A deals by researching and sourcing acquisition opportunities in the manufacturing, healthcare, and tech sectors, utilizing advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills. Previously, he also worked at the Family Resource Center at Notre Dame, where he served as an event planner and building manager, organizing weekly social events for student families and founding annual traditions.

Hayden graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a bachelor of arts in sociology, along with minors in business economics, innovation & entrepreneurship. In his free time, Hayden is a fitness enthusiast, personal trainer, outdoor explorer, music producer, and songwriter. He enjoys salsa and ballroom dancing, playing badminton, and spending time with dogs. Passionate about the Fighting Irish, Hayden cherishes his Notre Dame experience and is excited to support its mission through his work at Notre Dame Global.
